Credit Counseling Agencies

Debtor Education Agencies

If you complete the course before your 341 hearing, your attorney will request your sign the required Form 23 at your hearing. If you complete the course after your 341 hearing, you will be responsible for returning the required Form 23 to our office.

Chapter 7 Clients – your certificate of completion and Form 23 must be filed with the court within 60 days after your initial 341 hearing. To ensure we are able to receive the necessary documents and file the documents within the time limit, please plan on completing your debtor education course prior to the
341 hearing.

Chapter 13 Clients – your certificate of completion and Form 23 must be filed with the court before your final plan payment or before a Motion Requesting Hardship Discharge.

FREE Credit Report

You can receive your free credit report in the mail by calling 877.322.8228. You will need to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

IRS Tax Returns/Transcripts

Select above to request copies of your tax transcripts and returns. The Return Transcript option shows a copy of the information provided on your filed tax return for the chosen year. The Account Transcript option shows activity on your accounts, this information is especially important if determining what, if any, of your tax liability can be discharged in bankruptcy. If you are filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy, please provide the last two years of your filed tax returns or return transcripts. If filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy, please provide our office with the last four years of your filed tax returns or return transcripts.

Select above to determine the current value of your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, RV, or manufactured home. You will need to accurately enter the vehicle information and provide our office with a print out of the valuation.
